Representatives of the Federazzjoni Kaċċaturi Nassaba Konservazzjonisti – Malta (FKNK) presented a copy of the book Game Recipes from Malta to the Chief Executive Officer of the Malta Food Agency, Brian Vella, and the Chief Business Development Officer, Justin John Camilleri.
The publication, which won the prestigious “Best Game Meat Book in the World” award at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2025, celebrates Malta’s rich culinary heritage while promoting it on an international level. Through a collection of traditional recipes, the book highlights the cultural and gastronomic value of game meat within Maltese cuisine.
The presentation reflects the importance of preserving culinary traditions and showcasing Maltese food culture to a global audience.
